Conference Rooms

Located on the ground floor with an easy access to the reception and lobby bar, our conference rooms Life and Design have updated technical equipment for all types of Meetings, Incentives, Conference and Events (MICE).

Both meeting rooms can be merged into unique rental space called Lifedesign with maximum capacity of 130 people theater style. Hotel also offers Premium Suite for small private meetings, job interviews, or presentations up to 12 participants in O shape.

For MICE participants we offer free of charge projector, screen, WiFi Internet, flip-chart, microphone, speaker podium, secured private garage and much more.

LifeDESIGN hotel offers a variety of food and beverage menus with custom made coffee breaks, finger food, set menus or buffet style lunches or dinners.

LifeDESIGN Hotel Belgrade - Design Conference room - U Shape
U shape layout style is often used for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, or discussion groups where there is a speaker, audio-visual presentation or other focal point. Our conference room Life accomodates up to 19 people, and the room Design up to 25 people. If those 2 rooms merge into Lifedesign large conference room, you can plan your setup for up to 36 people. For more casual events, we strongly recommend our restaurant Privilege, where with this layout you can invite up to 36 people as well.

O shape or boardroom style table layout is often used for Board of Directors meetings, committee meetings, or discussion groups. Life conference room can take up to 26 people, Design room up to 28, and Lifedesign room up to 40 people. For more casual events, we recommend you to try our restaurant Privilege where you can invite up to 40 people seated in O shape. For more casual meeting, restaurant Privilege could accomodate from 24 to 40 people in both layouts.

Classroom style- this room setup is ideal for note taking, meetings requiring multiple handouts or reference materials, or other tools such as laptop computers. This is the most comfortable set-up for long sessions and allows refreshments to be placed within reach of each attendee. Conference room Life can place up to 26 people, Design up to 34 people and Lifedesign large room up to 54 people. Theater style is the most efficient setup when the attendees will act as an audience. This setup is not recommended for events with food or if note taking is required. Conference room Life can acommodate up to 50 people, Design up to 80 people, and Lifedesign up to 130 people. For more cosy atmosphere we recommend you restaurant Privilege for up to 80 people. Please bare in mind that for over 80 participants only fingerfood is available.

Cocktel style layout has tall tables positioned uniformly to allow for even coverage of the banquet room and standing room only. Great for cocktail parties and receptions. Warm and cosy atmosphere of restaurant Privilege is ideal for your events. It is for the client who like natural daylight sunny event or evening dimmed light. Life room takes up to 50 people, Design room up to 60 people, Lifedesign up to 80 people but optimum is restaurant Privilege with up to 120 people.

Premium meeting room is a private space ideal for small meetings, discussions or job interviews. This room can take from 10 to 25 people different layout styles: U shape up to 12 people, O shape upt to 12 people, theater style up to 20 people, classroom style up to 12 people and cocktail up to 25 people. Coffee breaks are usually served inside the Premium suite within reach of every attendee.
